PATIENT PORTAL

The SHC Patient Portal can be used by current UNR students, faculty and staff with a valid NSHE ID to:

• Complete forms prior to visiting SHC
• Receive secure messages and results
• Access financial statements

To login in to the patient portal:

• Registered Users - enter your Username and password below
• First time Users - select Sign up
• Log-in issues/troubleshooting - contact SHC at 775-784-6598

Preferred email address must be updated through MyNevada
